Try Success Coaching to See Lovely Results

Saturday, October 25th, 2008

Personal coaching is a type of therapy that has become incredibly popular over the last ten years. The term lifestyle coaching first became beloved in the United States where, together with NLP, it became part of an improved fantastic wave of greatly proactive therapy techniques.

In many ways both Coaching and NLP are an answer against certain variants of the person-centred therapy movement, in particular Humanistic and Person Centred Counselling. A problem of the humanistic and person centred therapy approach is that it is really reactive and not very proactive. Although this works brilliant with some people, with other clients long periods of no exit in sight or low return for time and effort occur. Life coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming are both humanistic in stance, focusing on improving a clients happiness rather than delving into the minefields of childhood, as in traditional therapy. Success coachings emphasis is, however, deliberately proactive and their to resolve your problems.

Success coaching is not about telling the customer what to do. This is a common misconception. Some lifestyle coaches are comparatively successful in their business careers and then make the change to success coaching, thinking that they will at most be required to divulge their pearls of breathtaking business wisdom with the lifestyle coaching customer. This is more like mentoring an apprentice in a specific environment. Success coaching is instead about life as a holistic view. Use www.easilyachieve.com to book yourself a life coach.

Buy Viagra - Erectile Dysfunction meds online

Erectile dysfunction, also know as male weakness, means a man is not capable to keep an erect penis sufficient for pleasing sexual interaction. It may have a psychological or a physical cause, either way it is distressing and may cause loss of confidence and self-esteem or depression, as well as relationship problems.

Viagra has been the number one choice of millions who have decided to fight the problem of erectile dysfunction. Viagra has gained confidence of people due its amazing performance. It starts showing its effects within 30 minutes of its consumption. Apart from being highly effective Viagra is quite safe and works with the natural chemicals in the body to give the required erection in the penis. Similarly, Cialis, Levitra is popular for its long lasting effects.

Viagra works by blocking an enzyme known as PDE-5, which affects the blood flow to the penis. PDE-5 inhibitors such as Viagra typically work by blocking this enzyme to enhance or prolong the erectile process.

When a man is sexually stimulated, his body’s normal physical response is to increase blood flow to his penis. This results in an erection. Viagra helps increase blood flow to the penis and may help men with ED get and keep an erection satisfactory for sexual activity. Once a man has completed sexual activity, blood flow to his penis decreases, and his erection goes away.

You should also talk to your physician or health professional if you’re having trouble with Impotence, maintaining an erection or reaching orgasm. You may require medication that can help you achieve and maintain an erection.

Life Inspiration: 12 Tips for Successful Living

Thursday, August 28th, 2008

1. Constant affirmation without accountability is a sure-fire way to cripple a child. In other words, belief in yourself without responsibility leads to a sense of entitlement.

2. Raise your hand if you’ve ever been rejected for anything, anytime, anywhere. We all have. How would you like to have a nice little four-letter word for the next time you’re rejected? It’s: NEXT. Next sale, next job, next date, next whatever.

3. Beware of people who use their own emotional pain as a tool to manipulate others instead of as a motivation to change themselves.

4. Parents of teens need to watch out for NMK Syndrome: Not My Kid, as in “my kid couldn’t have done ___” (fill in the blank). Well, yes, they could have. Even if you have faithfully raised them not to do certain things, kids still have the power of choice, which means they can make bad choices.

NMK Syndrome can blind you to something that needs immediate attention. Trust in your kids and in your parenting, and always check out what you hear.

5. When you receive a notice in your credit card statement that says, “Congratulations, because of your excellent payment history, there is no minimum fee due this month,” it’s not a time for celebration. You’re still being charged interest. These people are not your friends.

6. It’s a humbling and sobering experience to have a child who wants to be like you.

7. I’ve noticed more and more people doing what I call “caboose living.”

Picture a three-car train. The engine in front we’ll call facts/reality; the car in the middle is our thoughts, beliefs, decisions, choices and behaviors based on the facts; the caboose is our feelings. The facts/reality come first, then thoughts and behaviors followed by feelings.

Many folks try to run their life train with the caboose (feelings) in the lead. Feelings are interesting and important, but they cannot drive the train. Pay attention to your feelings, but let the facts/reality drive the train.

8. A successful marriage requires selective and strategic ignoring. The right things to ignore are little habits and irritating peculiarities that we all have. The problem comes when you select the wrong things to ignore.

9. I wonder if it’s a bad thing to believe that football on TV is one of the first signs of fall approaching.

10. Most folks live with the illusion that worrying about something can actually make a difference. The only possible way that worrying can make a difference is if the worrying motivates you to take action to do something about the subject of your worry.

11.People often say, “Well, I’m just going with the flow.” The problem with going with the flow is that many times the flow is lost and does not know where it is going.

12. Best quote I’ve seen since last time, by Miami Herald columnist Leonard Pitts: “At some point, though, a problem ought to be defined less by our ability to explain why it happens than by our willingness to demand that it happen no more.”

Fight Free Radical Damage With Antioxidants

Thursday, August 28th, 2008

Antioxidants are a class of nutrients that protect the body from damage caused by different factors, most importantly oxidative damage caused by substances called free radicals. Free radicals are known as “reactive oxygen species”, or ROS. They are produced when your body uses oxygen for energy. Just as fire emits smoke as a by-product, ROS are emitted from the conversion of oxygen to energy in the human body, eventually causing oxidative damage to body systems. Free radicals are also created when the body is exposed to pollution, cigarette smoke, car exhaust and other harmful environmental toxins.

There are different types of antioxidants, and most work better when paired with other antioxidants. This is called synergism. Vitamins can be antioxidants, such as vitamins C and E. The tripeptide glutathione, loosely classified as an amino acid, acts as an antioxidant, along with other true amino acids such as methionine. The raw herbs and vegetables we consume contain natural antioxidants called bioflavonoids and carotenoids, which are effective antioxidants on their own, but are more effective when synergistically combined with other antioxidants. Together these nutrients protect your cells from electron robbery at the hands of larcenous free radicals, protecting the body from disease and slowing the inevitable signs of aging.

Antioxidants are important supplements for everyone, but especially for those who exercise on a regular basis. The rational is that exercise is a highly oxidative process and, as a consequence, produces free radicals from aerobic metabolism. Antioxidant compounds help alleviate this process.

Benefits
• minimizes the damage from free radicals
• protects against cell damage
• may assist with prevention of debilitating diseases

I’m a Businessperson, I Don’t Need To Be Creative - Or Do I?

Sunday, August 24th, 2008

You may think you don’t need to be creative. But creativity can help you do a better job of what you do. Just look at the military. Who would think that stand-up-straight-and-stick-the-gut-in military needed to be creative? All they do is follow orders - or so we think. But the US military was one of the first modern organizations to realize that innovation could help them. They organized an elite team to investigate innovative giants as well as all creative problem solving methods and techniques. They then applied these creativity techniques to “NATO military, intelligence and political problems,” getting inventive solutions to new as well as old dilemmas.

You may not think you need to do a better job of what you do. I can hear you thinking, “I’m sitting pretty - I don’t need to change. And besides, creativity is okay for strategy types like the military, or marketing people or - anyone but me.”

Right now you may be secure in your job. But will you be two years from now?

What if your job changes, or your market disappears? Change is happening at faster than lightening speed now. Will you have the resiliance to meet those challenges? Will your mind be flexible enough to tear the lid off that proverbial box and come up with new solutions to new problems?

Being innovative can be a smart move. Doing a better job of what you do makes you look better to your supervisors. And it also makes you feel more fulfilled and satisfied. Those are two very good reasons for cultivating creativity in your job.

But what exactly is creativity? According to Michael Michalko, one of the world’s leading experts in the field, creative people are those who come up with more ideas in a shorter space of time. They had more good ideas. But they also had more BAD ideas. The key is generating ideas quickly. Out of this wealth of ideas will spring some that better solve your problem in new and exciting ways.

Let’s look at this in another way - let’s draw a picture of creativity. Imagine two people, Joe Average and Cathy Creative. They work in the same department of a large telecommunications firm. And they both have problems they need to find a solution for.

Joe Average holds his idea gun and slowly moves towards his problem. He carefully takes aim and holds his breath. Then he squeezes the trigger. He hits, slightly off target. But he breathes a deep sigh of relief because he hit what he was aiming at. And he puts his idea gun away.

Cathy Creative, on the other hand, has a idea machine gun. As soon as she sees the problem, she throws her machine gun in the direction of the target, presses the trigger, and sprays ideas all over the place. Some hit; some don’t. Some are far off target - actually hitting the ceiling and the floor. But ten are close to dead centre.

More ideas and better ideas - that’s something that can help any person in any job. After all, who doesn’t have problems to solve? Everyone benefits from being creative. And, fortunately, being creative, or coming up with more ideas and better ideas, is something YOU can learn.

Wedding Ceremony

Thursday, August 21st, 2008

One of the most important steps in your wedding planning strategy is choosing a ceremony and reception venue. To a certain degree who you are defines the location of your wedding reception and the location of your wedding ceremony. The place should be an environment you find appealing and comfortable. Remember, this is your day and the most important thing is for you and your groom to have an unbelievable experience.

You should not worry about tradition, or what your friends and your family like. If you and your groom pay for everything, you need to be much less concerned with what other people think of your location. If your parents pay for it, your decision should be much more democratic.

Most importantly, you’ll want to create an environment that will be unique and memorable for you and your guests. It sounds simple, but it is easier said than done. To be successful, you must be very clear about what you are looking for in a venue. Are you looking for an intimate environment, do you want to get married on a sandy beach, in a five star hotel or in your parents house you grew up in?

Even though churches are the most common wedding ceremony locations, it is OK to look elsewhere. There is an endless list of possibilities for wedding ceremony locations. You may decide to have your ceremony held at a hotel ballroom, a beautiful house, a club house, a botanical garden, a romantic beach, a park, and the list goes on-and-on.

It may be beneficial to have the wedding ceremony and the reception in the same physical location. It can not only simplify, but also serve as a money saving idea.

Remember, if you select a popular location there will be many other couples interested, so you should schedule as early as possible. The sooner you start your search the more options you will have.

You should have the following list at hand when considering a wedding reception/ceremony venue:
Cost - The cost of the venue and amount of deposit required are crucial details.
Food Cost - How much is food per person.

Capacity - You should make sure the facility could accommodate the number of guest you are inviting.
Cancellation Policy - How much time in advance you have to cancel in case you change your mind? Music - What are the rules and regulations about noise and music?

Access - Do they have handicap access? Is there public transportation available?

Elizabeth Bennet’s Wardrobe: Undress, Half Dress, Full Dress, Headdress! Making Sense of It All

Wednesday, August 20th, 2008

Let us understand from the start that the term
“Undress” did not signify being unclothed. Likewise,
“Half Dress” did not mean one was literally half-
dressed. The terms are categorical, not literal.
Like Full-Dress, their name referred more to function
than a state of being. In which case you may ask,
‘What does it all mean?’

It means there had to be many gowns in a genteel
Regency lady’s wardrobe–regardless of the size of
her fortune. Indeed, to be active in society the
necessity of owning a large wardrobe could hardly
be avoided. In a small town such as Longbourne (where
the Bennett’s lived) the categories no doubt
overlapped more than they would, say, for a
debutante in London.

Nevertheless, a number of categories of dress were necessary, and of course there would have to be variety within each category–and this, no matter
where you dwelt, for there were different uses for

the different categories, as we shall see.

Having said that, one could argue there are
only two main categories of clothing for the Regency
belle: Undress and Full Dress. In this
“model”, Undress includes all of the gowns worn during
the day, and what is otherwise called Half Dress.
(Which is to say, the majority of clothing for daytime,
and even perhaps, informal evening wear.)

Day gowns include any gown worn for the morning,
walking out, shopping, carriage riding, or making
calls. Full Dress, on the other hand, was for the
evening Ball, very fancy Dinner, Opera or
appearance at Court. (The Royal Court, not a court
of law.)

The chief difference between Undress and Full was a
lower bodice for the evening, but in practice full
dress implied a whole ensemble; A short-sleeved
empire-waisted, low-necked gown, (generally of muslin
but by no means restricted to such) and including evening
gloves, a fancy headdress of some sort, a few jewels,
a fan, perhaps a reticule, and satin slippers. Other
accessories could also be worn or on hand: feathers,
boas, shawls, scarves and fans, to name the most common.

The following gowns constituted Undress.

  • Morning dress
  • Walking-out dress
  • Carriage dress
  • Promenade dress
  • Afternoon dress
  • Riding dress (or Habit)
  • Half-dress
  • See the difference? In theory, you were in Undress
in the morning, Half-dress in the afternoon, and
Full Dress for evening events. (Such as, a dinner or
soiree, opera, ballet, theatre, concert, or ball).
Court Dress was also considered Full Dress, though
it had extravagant requirements that no other
    occasion called for.

According to the Georgian Index, a wonderful online
resource for Regency fans, Dinner Dress and Opera
Dress fall into the category of “Half Dress.”
And only “Evening, Ball and Court Dresses” passed
as Full Dress. Is your head swimming, yet? If not,
consider that the Riding Habit might not fit into
any of the above, but simply constitute a category
    in its own right!

Ah, so many dresses, so little time! No wonder the
    all-important Regency “season” was a roller-coaster
ride of entertainments, diversions and delights.
A lady must needs have enough events to make use of such an extensive wardrobe, and enough gowns in her
possession to attend them in “the mode.” Pity the
poor chit who couldn’t follow protocol or dress for
the occasion. Such was the challenge for families
with more pretension than means, who wished to
launch a Regency buck or belle into the swirl
    of the fashionable elite.

The Regency. There’s never been a time quite like it.
    You’ve got to love it!

Five Ways to Fit Fitness Into Your Life

    Sunday, August 17th, 2008

Everyone is pressed for time these days. It does not have to mean that
fitness can’t be a part of your life. In as little as 10 minutes a day, you can
begin to make positive changes to your body.

People often have an all or nothing idea about exercise. They feel that if
they can’t fit in an hour of exercise that they will do nothing instead.

Successful exercisers make fitness an important part of their lives. Try
scheduling your time to exercise like you would any other appointment.

If you are struggling to fit exercise into your day, try these fitness tips:

    1. Tackle one body part per day and perform as many reps as it takes to
reach failure. Or set a rep goal for yourself and do as many sets as it
    takes to reach your goal.

    2. Exercise while you watch TV. (Don’t just sit there, DO something.)
Why not do some crunches, or leg extensions while watching the tube?
How about some lunges? Anything yo can do in a gym sitting down, you
can do at home sitting down in front of the tube.

    3. Superset your workouts. Put two exercises together and perform them
one after another with no rest in between. You can either do a mixed
superset of an upper and lower move combined, or you can choose two
opposing muscle groups like chest and back.

    4. Combine 2 moves into 1. Any time you perform a lower body exercise
and your arms are not involved you miss out on a time-saving
    opportunity.

Try performing a lunge with a curl, or lateral raise. Or a squat with on
    overhead press.

You could create an entire workout around this concept and divide up
your body parts and exercises so that you keeps things fresh.

    5. Circuit training. Select a number of exercises for your entire body and
perform them as a circuit with little or no rest in between. Repeat as time
    allows for 2-3 circuits.

People will always find excuses to not exercise. These tips show you
how to fit exercise into the busiest of schedules and get the benefits of
    regular exercise.

It’s not about finding the time to exercise, it’s about MAKING the time to
exercise. No matter how busy you are. It’s always better to do something
    than nothing.

    The Responsible Great Dane Breeder

    Saturday, August 16th, 2008

Have you ever wondered why over 30% of dogs in shelters are purebreds? Most animal behavior specialists and animal advocates blame puppy bills and commercialized breeders for this negligence. In order to become a responsible Great Dane breeder, there are certain responsibilities that you must accept. These responsibilities will protect your Great Danes and his/her puppies, as well as identify you as a reputable breeder.

Excellent Great Dane Dog Breeders DO:

Carefully screen each person and their household who wish to purchase a puppy.

Advise and suggest different methods of caring for the Great Dane puppy in every aspect, including: diet, exercise, documentation of lineage, health, knowledge of genetics, any history of illness (genetic or non-genetic).

Not sell their Great Dane puppies in a pet shop or pet-auction

Do not sell multiple breeds of dogs. If you are a Great Dane breeder, stick to Great Danes.

Involve themselves in the showing of purebred Great Danes and are very knowledgeable about the breed.

Keep the puppies as house pets until they are ready for their homes. This ensures that your Great Dane’s offspring will make wonderful pets too.

Test dogs for all diseases and proper examination prior to breeding, such as: Brucellosis, CERF (Canine Eye Registry Foundation), OFA (Hip X-Ray Certification), PENN-HIP (hip-joint laxity).

Provide full, lifetime guarantees covering genetic disease and temperament problems. This should be a written contract.

Agree to take the Great Dane back at any point of his life for whatever reason, should the new owner not wish to keep it.

Place the Great Dane with the new family ONLY if the new owners agree to spay/neuter.

Only breed Great Danes over the age of two years old.

Hold the value of your dog’s (and its puppies) health to highest esteem.

De-worm and vaccinate your Great Dane puppies prior to placing them.

Excellent Great Dane Dog Breeders NEVER:

Take a great Dane pup from it’s mother prior to eight weeks of age.

Breed puppies in a puppy-mill atmosphere.

Sell their Great Dane puppies to the local pet shop.

Hide or withdraw information on genetic diseases or the Great Dane’s lineage.

Keep their puppies in inhumane conditions, such as an outdoor shed or a room covered in feces.

Put unnecessary stress on their puppies, such as transporting them to different locations outside of their home.

Pick a Great Dane at random to breed their bitch with

Allow their bitches to breed every year

Decline on accepting their puppies back, should the new owner not be able to care for them

Breed their Great Dane prior to two years of age

Let their Great Dane run the neighborhood

Sell faux purebred Great Danes (which are crossed with God knows what)
