CRT Rear project television & DLP front projection TVs


The CRT Rear project television is fairly inexpensive compared to its rivals. CRT Rear projection TVs requires periodic maintenance. They tend to produce a lot of glare in bright rooms. The DLP Rear projection television has the best black level performance of all read project models. They also come in a variety of brands and prices. However, they are prone to rainbow effects and some low level video noise. The LCD Rear projection TV doesn’t have the rainbow effect however its black isn’t as good as its rivals.

And the last of the high definition television types is the front projection televisions. DLP Front project televisions are more expensive than its rivals and tend to be prone to rainbow effect. DLP front projection TVs are capable of getting very bright and provide a better black level performance than the LCD. The LCD front projection televisions are often less expensive than the DLP models but are prone to the screen door effects. LCoS front projection televisions provide a great black level performance but often produce inaccurate colors. They however are often called affordable.

Whatever projector you choose be sure you have the place for it. After all projectors needs certain room space.
